MONTEREY, Calif. (November 23, 2011) – This year’s AT&T Pebble Beach Junior Golf Association’s 21st Invitational Fundraiser showcased three Junior Tour Aces. Drew Kim, (12), Christopher Larson (15) and Kelsey Kawaguchi (15) all had a hole-in-one in this year’s NCGA & NCPGA 2011 Junior Tour, sponsored by Capital Insurance Group (CIG). The threesome paired up with Tour Pro Zack Miller and CIG’s CEO Peter Cazzolla. The fundraiser was played at the historic Del Monte Golf Course in Monterey, California, on November 15, 2011. This unique pairing proved to be a winning combination. The golfers played their way to first place for the lowest gross score of the tournament.
CIG also awarded all three junior tour golfers with a CIG Club 1 commemorative box, engraved with their name, location and date of their hole-in-one.
“We felt putting all three junior tour golfers who made a hole-in-one on the same team would be an exceptional experience. Their skill coupled with our tour pro Zack Miller, proved to be a successful combination,” said Peter Cazzolla, President and CEO of Capital Insurance Group. “It was great fun to play with such talented young golfers. It reinforced our pride in sponsoring the NCGA & NCPGA’s Junior Tour of Northern California, which enables players like these three young golfers to flourish.”
