Voluntary Term Life Insurance and Voluntary AD&D

Eligible employees may purchase additional Term Life and AD&D coverage above the Basic Life and AD&D benefit at discounted group rates. Full-time and Part-time (20 hrs. per week) employees may purchase additional coverage. Minimum $20,000 and Maximum $300,000 or 5 times annual salary.

Eligibility: New Hires become eligible on the first of the month after 90 calendar days of employment. Enrollment changes subject to Qualifying Events and Open Enrollment Periods.
