Group Life Insurance and AD&D

Capital Insurance Group provides a Basic Term Life Insurance benefit and AD&D coverage free of charge equal to one-time annual salary (rounded to the nearest 000’s) for full-time employees. The maximum benefit is up to $300,000.

Eligibility: New Hires become eligible on the first of the month after 90 calendar days of employment. Enrollment changes subject to Qualifying Events and Open Enrollment Periods.
