Full-time and Part-time employees are eligible to participate in the Capital Insurance Group FLEX Benefit Program for pre-taxed medical and dependent care reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses.

Eligibility: New Hires become eligible on the first of the month after 90 calendar days of employment. Enrollment changes subject to Qualifying Events and Open Enrollment Periods.
