Education Reimbursement

Capital Insurance Group supports continuing education for employees to advance insurance industry knowledge and to maintain industry certification. Employees become eligible for Education Reimbursement after successful completion of the first 90 days of employment.

Eligibility: New Hires become eligible on the first of the month after 90 calendar days of employment. Enrollment changes subject to Qualifying Events and Open Enrollment Periods.
