Short-Term and LTD-Long Term Disability

Capital Insurance Group provides Short-Term and Long-Term disability coverage at no cost to the employee. Basic short- and long-term benefits provide up to 66 2/3% of monthly income up to a maximum benefit of $15,000 per month for eligible full-time employees.

Eligibility: New Hires become eligible on the first of the month after 90 calendar days of employment. Enrollment changes subject to Qualifying Events and Open Enrollment Periods.
