You may report any claim directly to our Claim Service Center at (800) 986-9974. Our experienced customer
service claims representatives will provide you with immediate assistance, including providing you with an
explanation of the claims process and options about available services. In many cases, claims can be resolved
with just this one phone call.
If it is after business hours (M-F, 7 am - 6 pm Pacific Time), and you have a serious situation which cannot wait, call the Claim Service Center at the above number, and follow the prompts to reach our After Hours Call Center.
If you are involved in an auto accident:
- Obtain the name and address of each driver, passenger and witness.
- Obtain the name of the insurance company and policy number for each vehicle involved.
- Do not make a statement regarding the accident except to local authorities or our company representative.
- Be sure to write down the license plate number of the other vehicle(s) involved. Accurately jotting down the vehicle license number and providing it to your claims adjuster can assist us in handling various aspects of your claim, including possible subrogation recovery of your deductible if the other party is found to have been at fault.
