Sr. Claim Representative- Casualty-Remote


Location: Eastern Los Angeles County & Inland Empire Area, CA

Overview: Capital Insurance Group has an excellent opportunity in our greater Los Angeles territories for an experienced Sr. Claim Representative. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent time management and sound organizational skills; effective communications ability, both verbally and in writing to interact effectively with claimants, customers and company personnel; excellent investigative and analytical skills to evaluate exposure, assess coverage and settle cases within assigned level of authority.

Qualifications: To be considered you must have a minimum of two years of progressively challenging multi-line adjusting experience with emphasis on coverage, claims of higher exposure as well as litigated files.  Excellent PC skills are required along with the ability to develop timely reports, documentation, and correspondence.  You must be able to do your own fieldwork, have excellent negotiation skills with the ability to effect timely and thorough investigations and settlements.  All candidates must have a valid CA driver’s license and personal vehicle.

Education & Experience: Educational qualifications include a college degree or the equivalent work experience with specified insurance related course work preferred.
